Level 3 Commissioned Security Officer (L3P) – PSP L3 Course Part II
This foundational course prepares officers for professional licensure as Commissioned Security Officers under Texas law. It covers use of force, lawful detention, situational awareness, and tactical readiness under Mission Assurance standards. Participants develop the judgment and composure to operate legally and ethically in high-stress environments. Successful completion will result in PSP-31 certification.

Level 4 Personal Protection Officer (PPO) – PSP Course
An advanced course for licensed officers assigned to personal protection duties, emphasizing threat recognition, advance planning, and protective formations. Trainees learn principal-centric operations, protective driving, and contingency extraction planning. Confidentiality, discretion, and lawful conduct form the ethical framework of the course. Successful completion will result in PSP-32 certification.

High Risk Operator™ (HRO™) – Signature Course of Mission Assurance
Designed for operators in high-risk protective or tactical environments, this course merges intelligence analysis, physical security, and counter-assailant doctrine. Instruction focuses on pre-incident detection, operational leadership, and measured response under compressed timelines. Graduates demonstrate strategic foresight and tactical precision. Active Shooter / Active Assailant – Skill Builder
This program develops decisive, life-saving capability for armed responders in active violence incidents. Counter Protest Operations – Skill Builder
An advanced legal and tactical course focusing on constitutional boundaries, behavioral recognition, and crowd dynamics during demonstrations. Students learn to preserve neutrality, manage risk, and maintain lawful order under First Amendment protections. Emphasis is on proportionality, documentation, and restraint.

Rapid Tactical Medical Force – Skill Builder
This course unites defensive tactics and emergency medical response for high-threat environments. Quick Response Force – Skill Builder
QRF training defines the doctrine for defensive containment, medical stabilization, and lawful tactical reinforcement. One-Person Defensive Room Clearing – Skill Builder
This advanced tactical course teaches single-operator defensive entry in emergencies where delay endangers life. Instruction covers threshold management, visual dominance, decision-making, casualty care, and evidence preservation. Operators learn lawful, proportional techniques for confined-space operations.

Identification & Search / Rapid Assessment and Mitigation – Skill Builder
This course provides procedural training for lawful identification, verification, and vehicle/person search operations. It emphasizes officer safety, legal consent, documentation, and rapid mitigation of emerging risks. Students perform RAM drills integrating observation, consent management, and tactical withdrawal.

Defensive Tactics
A structured physical-skills course emphasizing lawful control, defensive striking, and rapid disengagement. Techniques include palm and elbow strikes, Thai kicks, blocks, and tactical takedowns. Safety, proportionality, and control under stress are reinforced through progressive drills.

Threat Assessment & Intelligence Integration – Skill Builder
This course builds analytic proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating threats through lawful intelligence integration. It teaches multi-source fusion (HUMINT, OSINT, TECHINT, IMINT), structured analytic methods, and bias control. Students produce actionable assessments that convert uncertainty into preventive action.

De-Escalation – Skill Builder
This behavioral and tactical communication course trains officers to recognize, manage, and reduce conflict without force. Students learn tempo control, verbal influence, and proxemic management while preserving safety and legal compliance. Scenarios emphasize empathy, documentation, and professional restraint under pressure.

Behavioral Science of the Active Assailant – Skill Builder
A behavioral-intelligence program examining the psychology of violent offenders through the Mission Assurance Behavioral Escalation Matrix (BEM). Students analyze case data, typologies, and early-warning indicators to improve preventive intervention. The course bridges behavioral science and tactical practice.

All Mission Assurance courses require supervised instruction, adherence to law and ethical standards, and successful completion of written and practical evaluations. Certifications are contingent upon performance, documentation accuracy, and instructor approval.
Mission Assurance, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a course for repeated behavioral issues, failure to comply with instructor directives or course requirements, or lack of physical fitness that results in unsafe performance or endangers others.
